💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and ship full stack web applications on a multi-disciplinary product team. Your work will directly support operational decision-making and include developing an internal AI chat assistant to augment staff productivity. You'll take end-to-end ownership of features and ensure production code quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full stack features across frontend and backend.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code with unit, functional, and end-to-end tests.
• Maintain production system reliability through monitoring, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Participate in peer code reviews and Agile Scrum ceremonies.

📋 Requirements

• Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrable hands-on exposure to shipping and maintaining software through industry, internships, or projects.
• Proficiency in full stack web technologies (e.g., ReactJS, Spring Boot/Java).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic AI systems, LLMs, or LangChain.
• Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes) or object storage (e.g., MinIO).
• Exposure to search technologies such as ElasticSearch or Solr.
