You'll manage mental health needs of skilled nursing facility residents, providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management. You'll collaborate with facility medical directors and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for residents
• Conduct physical and psychosocial assessments
• Collaborate with facility medical director and nursing staff
• Communicate treatment changes to family members

📋 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license
• DEA license
• Certified as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
• Clinical background in adult, family, or geriatric specialties

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in internal medicine, gerontology, or cardiology
• Nursing experience in LTC or SNF
• Ability to work independently
