You'll manage a portfolio of strategic client accounts at dLocal, a payments platform for emerging markets. You'll drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling to existing clients while building long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and represent the company at industry events.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts across global markets.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience in tech or fintech.
- Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and accounts simultaneously.
