💼 About This Role

You'll join the Sentry program as a Quality Specialist, monitoring and improving product quality to meet standards. You'll manage the Materials Review Board process and drive continuous improvement. This role offers hands-on inspection and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced defense tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage the site Materials Review Board (MRB) process
• Inspect and disposition non-conforming material
• Execute vendor return material authorizations
• Perform First Article Inspection on incoming material

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in production, metrology inspection or quality role
• Proficiency with CAD software and inspection data management software
• Experience with calibrated equipment and reading engineering drawings

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical degree in quality/mechanical/aerospace engineering
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer or equivalent
• Knowledge of 6 sigma, TQM, TPS, Lean
