You'll oversee commercial, institutional, and government construction projects from kickoff to closeout. Your core impact is managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication. This role offers hands-on project leadership with a well-established firm on diverse project types including renovations and IDIQ contracts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead project planning, execution, and closeout activities
• Prepare estimates, budgets, and change order pricing
• Manage subcontractor buyout and contract negotiations
• Coordinate project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to oversee safety and quality

📋 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or 10+ years experience without degree)
• Experience managing subcontracted and self-performed construction work
• Proficiency with project scheduling, budgeting, and construction management software

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting government construction projects
• Familiarity with IDIQ and fast-track project delivery
• OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, or USACE/NAVFAC CQC certification
