💼 About This Role

You'll drive user growth for Futures trading at the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, owning the end-to-end first-time deposit funnel. Your campaigns will directly impact retention and active trader growth across 300M+ users globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and run lifecycle campaigns for first-time deposits and retention
• Write BRDs for growth instruments like position vouchers and trade-to-earn
• Manage a high-cadence campaign calendar with A/B testing and QA
• Use funnel analytics to identify growth levers and report KPIs weekly

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product operations or growth marketing at a crypto exchange or fintech
• Derivatives experience (perps, options, structured products) strongly preferred
• Proven track record designing and scaling high-frequency campaigns
• Ability to perform cohort analysis and ROI calculations independently

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience writing BRDs and working with engineering
• Knowledge of multi-channel GTM including CRM, push, social, and KOL
