You'll partner with the Chief Revenue Officer leadership team to drive a people strategy enabling durable, profitable growth and market expansion. You'll lead a global team of two, serving as a trusted advisor translating business strategy into organizational priorities.

  • Shape people and organizational strategies for global Sales leadership
  • Drive talent performance management through goal-setting and calibration
  • Lead succession planning and executive coaching for senior leaders
  • Architect organizational design and change initiatives

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 12+ years of HR experience
  • 8+ years in senior HRBP roles
  • 4+ years leading a team of HRBPs
  • Experience in high-growth technology company
