You'll partner with the Chief Revenue Officer leadership team to drive a people strategy enabling durable, profitable growth and market expansion. You'll lead a global team of two, serving as a trusted advisor translating business strategy into organizational priorities.

- Shape people and organizational strategies for global Sales leadership
- Drive talent performance management through goal-setting and calibration
- Lead succession planning and executive coaching for senior leaders
- Architect organizational design and change initiatives
๐ Requirements
- 12+ years of HR experience
- 8+ years in senior HRBP roles
- 4+ years leading a team of HRBPs
- Experience in high-growth technology company
