💼 About This Role

You'll prime vehicles and perform final sanding before painting, along with buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrush at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers. You'll work with state-of-the-art tools to ensure vehicles are in first-rate condition. This role offers paid training and clear career progression.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prime vehicles and perform final sanding before painting
• Buff, touch-up, mix paint, and airbrush
• Operate paint booth equipment safely
• Inspect painted surfaces for defects

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old
• Work in a fast-paced production environment with mandatory overtime

• ASE certification
• Previous work in a reconditioning center
