🎯 What You'll Do

• Process and manage a pipeline of 30-50 Home Equity loans
• Request, gather, and analyze documentation for underwriting approval
• Communicate with borrowers, Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closers
• Adapt to changing mortgage guidelines and meet deadlines

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of mortgage processing experience preferred
• Ability to maintain a pipeline of 30-50 loans
• Knowledge of Encompass LOS
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae guidelines
