Description

You will lead programs for connected fitness products from prototype to launch, working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and operations. You'll manage program schedules, budgets, and supplier relationships to deliver innovative fitness technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 8+ years experience in Hardware Program Management for consumer electronics, fitness equipment, appliances, or automobiles
• Experience with Asia suppliers (ODM, CM, JDM)
• Managed multiple product development cycles for complex hardware systems
• Excellent communication in English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Create detailed program plans with Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, ID, Product Management, Quality, and Operations
• Handle key supplier relationships (engineering suppliers, contract manufacturers, component suppliers)
• Establish comprehensive program schedule with dependencies and critical paths
• Develop and manage program budgets for large projects from prototype through launch
• Manage engineering builds and activities at manufacturing sites
