💼 About This Role

You'll join Toast's engineering team to build and maintain full-stack features for the restaurant SaaS platform. You'll independently deliver well-scoped features across frontend and backend using React or Angular and Java/Kotlin/.NET. This role offers the chance to deepen ownership and grow into senior-level responsibilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement full-stack features with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate with PMs, UX, QA, and engineers to translate requirements into software.
• Develop frontend features using React or Angular focusing on usability.
• Contribute to backend services using Java, Kotlin, or .NET.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software or full-stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React or Angular.
• Solid backend development experience in Java, Kotlin, or .NET.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Devin).
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Experience working in a large-scale SaaS or product engineering environment.
