Description

As a Technical Program Manager on the Organization Access Platform team, you will drive critical security programs across multiple teams, manage dependencies, and ensure the successful delivery of security features that protect Stripe's platform and users. You will spearhead large-scale technical initiatives, solve intricate challenges, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance security and user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience with security-focused initiatives
• Experience managing complex technical programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Strong understanding of security concepts in API security, authentication, and access controls
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decisions across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for security initiatives including API key security, ATO prevention, and access controls
• Drive cross-team dependencies and collaboration between security, fraud operations, and product engineering
• Track, communicate, and resolve program blockers across multiple workstreams
• Develop implementation roadmaps and execution strategies for complex security features
• Establish metrics and reporting processes to measure program effectiveness and security outcomes
