🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily operations and long-term team activities
• Direct vendor invoice payments and accounting activities
• Prepare monthly reports and annual budgets
• Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and walk-throughs

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of related experience in property management
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination
• Real Estate License where required by local regulation
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills

• CPM or RPA professional designation
• Knowledge of Yardi, MRI, or Kardin
