You'll partner with Agent Product Managers and Agent Engineers to scope, build, and ship AI agents handling thousands of customer conversations daily. You'll combine product strategy, conversational design, and customer insight to bring high-quality agents to life. This role offers direct exposure to cutting-edge AI agent development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with customers to drive their AI strategies.
• Design and refine conversational AI agents.
• Manage multiple complex agent development projects.
• Coordinate stakeholders through the development lifecycle.

📋 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong technical expertise in software development, product management, and engineering principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proven project management ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• MBA or experience at intersection of technology and operations.
