💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of 7 engineers building the Encore platform, consolidating internal tools into a unified app. Your impact will include shipping faster and driving 30% higher code quality across a shared monorepo. This is a hands-on role reporting to the CTO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Owning end-to-end stability and feature velocity of a mission-critical shared monorepo
• Driving technical direction for shared libraries, microservice architecture, and release workflows
• Leading by example in code reviews, architecture decisions, and debugging
• Growing and mentoring a small, high-performing team through hands-on 1:1s and removing blockers

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrable ability to write production TypeScript/JavaScript across frontend and backend
• Experience leading technical decisions by weighing speed, quality, and business impact
• Experience stabilizing and scaling systems under constraint, managing shared code ecosystems or monorepos
• Ability to debug and own production issues end-to-end, even when not technically in your domain
