💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in Lancaster County as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Your work enables clients to receive medical care at home, improving their quality of life.** You'll use a touch pad tablet for documentation and have opportunities for career advancement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements including mobility, strength, and balance.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy care plans.
• Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities.
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

📋 Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved physical therapy program.
