💼 About This Role

You'll lead tower construction crews for telecommunications infrastructure projects. You'll ensure safety compliance and quality on job sites up to 500 feet.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise daily tower crew activities for safety and quality.
• Climb and work on communication towers up to 500 feet.
• Lead installation, testing, and maintenance of antennas and radios.
• Manage job site logistics, materials, and documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years in wireless tower construction or field services.
• 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Competent Climber/Rescue Certification from an accredited institution.
• OSHA 30 Construction Training Card and First Aid/CPR certification.

✨ Nice to Have

• NWSA or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with sweep, fiber, and PIM testing.
• Proficiency with GPS and site audit tools.
