💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) across Waymo's value chain, focusing on hardware, software engineering, and supply chain for autonomous vehicles. You'll ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ASPICE standards while driving design control and corrective actions to improve product reliability. This role offers the opportunity to shape quality processes for the world's leading autonomous driving technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement QMS policies and procedures across the value chain
• Monitor design control processes for autonomous driving technology
• Ensure SDLC processes conform to defined quality standards
• Audit change management protocols for software releases and updates
• Lead RCA and administer CAPA system for non-conformities

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience developing and auditing QMS based on ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949
• Experience with ASPICE in a regulated or safety-critical industry
• Proven expertise in RCA, CAPA, and FMEA

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with functional safety standards ISO 26262 or ISO 21448
• Direct experience integrating QMS with Software Engineering SDLC
• Proficiency with data analysis tools like Python, SQL, or Tableau
