💼 About This Role

You'll act as a strategic expert for healthcare organizations, providing business-driven consulting on AI-powered Contact Center solutions. You'll align technology to clinical and operational KPIs, driving value and trust in every interaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and pains
• Design and deliver presentations showcasing Talkdesk capabilities
• Scope and manage customer pilots and proof of concepts
• Respond to functional and technical RFI/RFP requirements

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years as a Solutions Engineer in Software, VOIP/Telecommunications, or contact centers
• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent experience
• Ability to command attention in a room with compelling presentations
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards including HIPAA, HITECH, and HITRUST

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Epic, Cerner, or Salesforce Health Cloud integrations
• Knowledge of UCaaS or CCaaS software
• Knowledge of web/scripting technologies
