Description
You will be responsible for meeting sales targets and executing territory plans for the launch of bezuclastinib in multiple indications. This role involves building relationships with healthcare providers and business stakeholders, analyzing business performance, and ensuring strategic alignment with internal teams to advance patient care.
Requirements
- BA/BS or healthcare equivalent degree required
- Minimum 5+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales experience, preferably in Rare Disease/Oncology/Hematology
- Expertise in navigating large accounts and/or hospitals
- Strong clinical selling, communication, and presentation skills
- Successful product launch experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage territory accounts and build relationships with physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and business stakeholders
- Analyze business performance and execute comprehensive territory plans including branded sales messages and medical education programs
- Demonstrate clinical expertise and provide strategic customer education
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of key strategies
- Implement processes for patient identification and treatment management
