Description

You'll act as the bridge between clients and projects, translating customer requirements into technically sound and economically compelling concepts based on our timber hybrid building system. You'll manage the entire sales and proposal process for multi-story residential projects, from qualified inquiry to contract signing.

Requirements

• Experience in preconstruction or technical sales in construction
• Ability to speak the language of developers, architects, planners, and engineers
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Structured and independent working style

Responsibilities

• Holistic client consulting for turnkey multi-story residential projects
• Manage entire sales and proposal process including customer communication, workshops, technical clarifications, and closing
• Develop technically and economically compelling proposals based on timber hybrid building system
• Translate customer requirements into technically sound and sales-convincing concepts
