Description

You will partner with AEs, sales management, and Customer Success to retain and expand user revenue by producing compelling proposals and ensuring large contracts are renewed on-time and accurately. You'll manage renewal pipelines, research user history, assist with quote creation, and help develop scalable processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success in tech
  • Proven track record owning and delivering manual and automated processes
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Sound business judgment and data-driven analytical skills
  • Experience operating successfully in a high-growth, lean environment

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage Renewal pipelines and activity milestones
  • Research user purchase and renewal history to make recommendations
  • Manage KPIs relating to Renewal coverage scope by segment/region
  • Assist with complex quote creation to allow Sales to focus on upsell
  • Identify and optimise repeatable and scalable processes
