Description
You will partner with AEs, sales management, and Customer Success to retain and expand user revenue by producing compelling proposals and ensuring large contracts are renewed on-time and accurately. You'll manage renewal pipelines, research user history, assist with quote creation, and help develop scalable processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success in tech
- Proven track record owning and delivering manual and automated processes
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Sound business judgment and data-driven analytical skills
- Experience operating successfully in a high-growth, lean environment
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage Renewal pipelines and activity milestones
- Research user purchase and renewal history to make recommendations
- Manage KPIs relating to Renewal coverage scope by segment/region
- Assist with complex quote creation to allow Sales to focus on upsell
- Identify and optimise repeatable and scalable processes
