🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform accounting operations for revenue and accounts receivable.
• Handle accounts payable, expense classification, and payment approvals.
• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet and income statement reconciliations.
• Manage bi-weekly payroll inputs in FTE and 1099 systems.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• 3+ years of experience in QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of accrual and cash-basis accounting.
• Accounting degree required.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA certification.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
