📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of operations management experience
• 2+ years leading large teams (50+ employees)
• Proficiency in analytics tools for data-driven decisions
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation

• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Quality Assurance
• Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
