In this role, you will build relationships with clinical partners in the South Bend area, drive market penetration, and help connect people to life-saving mental health treatment. You'll develop go-to-market strategies, lead meetings with patients and providers, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver on growth goals.

Requirements

• Based in South Bend, IN area
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience with overachieving KPIs preferred
• Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Create and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Conduct field meetings 4-5 days/week with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
