You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development at a music and pop culture retail store. • Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals

• Manage operations including shrink prevention, payroll, and scheduling

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Skills in communication, recruiting, operations, and team development
• Ability to merchandise and handle physical tasks up to 50 lbs
