Description

You will lead a team of 20-25 engineers across structures, fluids, and data/control systems to design, build, and operate test infrastructure for the Terran R launch vehicle. Your role is to break down silos, allocate resources, and drive cross-functional collaboration to integrate test stands where hardware and systems work together seamlessly. Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams and managing managers
• Technical breadth across structures, fluids, and data/control systems
• Ability to balance structural analysis, fluid system design, and control architecture
• Experience managing multi-million dollar project budgets and schedules
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and talent development

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated engineering team of 20-25 people across structures, fluids, and data/control systems, including 2-3 direct-report managers
• Allocate resources, review technical work, and resolve trade studies across multiple concurrent projects
• Break down silos and drive cross-functional collaboration
• Execute on the engineering roadmap, translating strategy into delivered hardware on schedule and on budget
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent across multiple technical disciplines
