Description

You'll be the first point of contact for IT support, managing tickets via ITSM tools, onboarding new hires, and ensuring smooth operations across on-premise and cloud systems. Your role is key to maintaining high standards for end-user computing and asset management.

Requirements

  • ITIL V4 Foundation or previous service/support desk experience
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 Admin Centre and Active Directory
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and ticket management
  • Strong technical support skills and communication abilities

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for IT support activities for internal customers
  • Manage and prioritize workload via ITSM tools
  • Keep customers updated on request progress
  • Onboard new employees (hardware and account provisioning)
  • Maintain asset management system and knowledge base documentation
