You'll lead a high-performing team that bridges Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, turning new wins into lasting relationships. You'll own onboarding strategy for upper-market customers as we evolve from a single-product focus to a true platform team. You'll define a new motion, build scalable processes, and grow a culture-positive team that helps SMBs get to value quickly.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5โ10 Activation reps to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences
- Define and operationalize the next-generation activation motion for upper-market customers
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to create seamless handoffs and repeatable playbooks
- Track team performance metrics like activation rates, cycle time, and early churn signals
๐ Requirements
- 2-5 years of people management leading onboarding or sales teams in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience standing up or scaling a new motion or org
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills between Sales and Customer Success
- Comfort using data and operational metrics to drive improvements
