💼 About This Role

You'll build and run the operational backbone for Anthropic's Human Data team, managing a large distributed group of external experts. You'll own onboarding, access, data integrity, and reporting, directly shaping how Claude trains. This role offers high visibility and a clear throughline to the work that trains Claude.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run onboarding end-to-end for external experts.
• Own access provisioning across collaboration tools and systems.
• Maintain program data integrity and reconcile records.
• Build weekly metrics on headcount, time-to-productive, and support volume.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in program operations or similar.
• Owned an operational process end-to-end and resolved issues.
• Comfortable as primary point of contact for a large distributed population.
• Highly detail-oriented with ownership of data accuracy.

• Experience scaling an operational program through rapid growth.
• Background in external workforce, vendor, or recruiting operations.
• Light scripting or automation experience (Apps Script, Zapier, or similar).
