You'll be a strategic partner to Care Operations, Voice of the Customer, and R&D teams, using AI and Machine Learning to unlock insights from customer data. You'll bridge unstructured feedback with structured data to drive product improvements and customer retention. This role offers high visibility with Directors, VPs, and the COO.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build deep relationships with Care Operations and VoC to identify friction points.
  • Use Snowflake Cortex, Python, and LLMs to classify and score customer interactions.
  • Create scalable playbooks and prompt libraries for AI-driven insights.
  • Experiment with AI tied to business outcomes, maintaining accuracy and goals.

  • 6+ years in a high-growth, data-intensive environment (Analytics, Data Science, or BI).
  • Expert-level SQL proficiency with Snowflake experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Snowflake Cortex) for unstructured data analysis.
  • Extensive experience with BI tools like Sigma, Looker, or Tableau.
