💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans at BoxLunch. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and drive sales while helping with daily operations. You'll also assist in maintaining store standards and meeting sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and navigate store
