💼 About This Role

You'll oversee a two-bay satellite repair shop and lead a small technician team. You'll diagnose heavy-duty diesel issues and assist with repairs, ensuring efficient daily operations and quality control for fleet maintenance clients. The shop focuses on front-loaded cement mixers and tri-axle dump trucks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day shop operations and staff scheduling.
• Diagnose repair needs and assist technicians with service orders.
• Coordinate workflow to ensure efficient service operations.
• Monitor technician productivity and shop performance metrics.

📋 Requirements

• Valid Class A driver's license (preferred).
• Previous experience in heavy-duty diesel repair.
• Knowledge of OEM diagnostic software (Cummins, PACCAR).
• Familiarity with Snap-on, JPRO or equivalent diagnostic platforms.

• Prior leadership or shop management experience.
