💼 About This Role

You'll architect and drive Airwallex's global talent development strategy, including performance frameworks and learning interventions. You'll serve as a thought partner to People & Talent and business leaders. This role is based in Singapore with a relocation package available.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive design and improvement of performance management framework
• Build and execute learning and talent development strategy
• Serve as strategic thought partner to People & Talent leaders
• Use data and analytics to identify talent development needs
• Lead and coach a team of talent development professionals

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in talent development or L&D
• Proficiency with data modeling, surveying, and analysis
• Experience designing and scaling learning programs with strong NPS
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive influencing skills

• Experience with digital learning platforms and varied modalities
