💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale paid social channels at Otter.ai, leveraging AI to build a modern growth system. You'll drive creative-led growth and optimize full-funnel performance. This role combines performance marketing with AI-native workflows to unlock scalable growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategy and scaling across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels
• Drive creative-led growth by testing UGC, video, and static ads
• Build AI-native workflows for creative, testing, and analysis
• Run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, and funnels

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in growth or performance marketing
• Experience managing paid social with 6-figure monthly budget per channel
• Strong analytical foundation in CAC, LTV, retention, incrementality
• Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude, HubSpot, Appsflyer, Google Analytics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fast-growing PLG or subscription businesses
• Using AI tools in current workflow
