You'll lead the Data and Software Engineering department at Hilbert's AI, building the AI Growth Engine for Fortune 500 enterprises. You'll architect a multi-deployment system spanning cloud SaaS and on-prem, scaling the team from 5 to 20+. This role offers the chance to define engineering strategy and culture during a critical growth phase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategy and execution for Data and Software Engineering teams
• Architect multi-deployment infrastructure across cloud SaaS and on-prem
• Design communication loops between Engineering, Product, and Customer Success
• Drive recruitment to double the engineering org to 20+ members

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience with leadership of a 5-20 person team
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, ClickHouse, and full-stack architecture
• Experience scaling engineering orgs and building high-ownership culture
• Proven track record of earning technical trust with enterprise customers
