You'll partner with product teams to drive data-informed decisions across Rover's marketplace, from ROI modeling to experiment analysis. You'll narrate marketplace performance trends and identify root causes of metric fluctuations. This role empowers you to present insights to senior leadership and influence the product roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with product and design teams on hypothesis-driven analysis
• Present trends and insights to senior leadership
• Support experimentation process and decision-making framework

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years business experience in Analytics
• Background in data-informed decision-making for product roadmap
• Experience owning A/B testing lifecycle including statistical analysis
• Fluent with SQL and BI visualization tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in two-sided marketplace
• Familiarity with Python or R
• Familiarity with Amplitude or Statsig
