You'll serve as a high-impact extension of the CEO and executive team, leading top-priority initiatives to scale liquidity and financial operations and bridge legacy banking with Web3 technologies. You'll partner across teams to establish robust systems for financial operations and regulatory reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead top-priority initiatives from scaling liquidity to launching go-to-market strategies
• Partner with internal teams to establish systems for financial operations and compliance
• Act as thought partner to founders, owning board preparation and strategic offsites
• Champion consistency by creating tools, documentation, and repeatable processes

📋 Requirements

• 7–10+ years experience in business operations, strategy, or consulting
• Prior experience supporting C-suite as Chief of Staff or Business Operations lead
• Deep project management experience with cross-functional scope
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
