You'll provide ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes as a playful, high-energy technician. Your core impact is turning learning into a game to help kids meet communication and daily living goals. You'll receive free advanced training and ongoing BCBA support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work 1:1 with children in their homes
• Teach communication, social cues, and daily living skills
• Collect progress data and collaborate with BCBAs
• Build trust with parents through consistent communication

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience with children
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Pass RBT Certification within 90 days
