You'll lead the global mobility function at a fast-scaling organization, shaping strategic direction and operational execution. You'll build scalable systems for relocation, immigration, and cross-border work, driving automation and AI adoption to modernize workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and manage the global mobility operating model
• Oversee end-to-end immigration programs across multiple visa types
• Advise HRBPs and senior leaders on global mobility strategy
• Monitor global immigration, tax, and regulatory changes

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Global Mobility or international HR operations
• Strong expertise in US and Canadian immigration processes
• Proven experience designing and scaling operational programs in multi-country environments
• Hands-on experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
