Description

You will lead delivery of complex enterprise projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time, high-quality execution. Partner with leadership to translate strategy into action while managing customer relationships and directly contributing to implementation tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience using Qualia or other Title Production Systems at an administrative level
• Direct experience managing technical implementation projects
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale projects with multiple workstreams
• Strong understanding of real estate, title, escrow, lender, or underwriting operations
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with ability to coordinate complex projects

Responsibilities

• Drive project delivery: own project plans, milestones, and success metrics from kick-off through go-live
• Partner with leadership: translate strategy into execution aligning with implementation plan
• Manage relationships: serve as customer-facing point of contact, lead project meetings, share status updates
• Orchestrate complexity: coordinate delivery across product, engineering, integrations, and services teams
• Participate directly: engage in implementation tasks as assigned by the Principal
