Description

You will deliver hands-on training and implementation support for government clients using data and analytic tools. You'll work alongside end users to understand their workflows, build dashboards and applications, and coach them to become self-sufficient in the platform. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and involves up to 25% travel.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Strong analytical skills
• Working knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 25%)

Responsibilities

• Deliver desk-side and small group training on data and analytic tools
• Facilitate structured training sessions with scenario-based exercises
• Observe and document real-world workflows, converting insights into platform patterns
• Build relationships with users, identify gaps, and propose new platform uses
• Build dashboards and analytic products, coaching users to create their own
