💼 About This Role

You'll be part of the Member Experience team at Base, a next-generation power company. You'll ensure members pay their bills on time and enforce collections when needed. You'll also review credit and identity verification results to mitigate risk while delivering excellent member experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Enforce non-payments and contact delinquent members via call, text, and email
• Respond to member inquiries about payment failures or issues
• Take action on credit and identity check results and build processes
• Maintain accurate records of delinquent or declined members and statuses

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in payments and risk within energy or utilities
• Customer-facing experience in support or related field
• Strong organizational and process management skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency with data management tools, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
