💼 About This Role

You'll join a brand-new Industry Accounts team at Unity, prospecting into large untapped territories across the UK and Europe. You'll build the playbook from the ground up by crafting messaging, uncovering new logos, and booking discovery meetings. This role offers a clear path into sales or partnerships while working with cutting-edge interactive 3D technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect across large territories via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
• Research target accounts and decision makers, build campaigns, and refine messaging.
• Qualify inbound leads and route high-intent prospects to Account Executives.
• Track activity metrics and use insights to continuously improve results.

📋 Requirements

• Ability to hunt and identify new key contacts at target accounts.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting and rejection.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and curiosity to grow.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in German.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time 3D/interactive technology.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and a sales engagement platform like Outreach or Salesloft.
• Test-and-learn mindset with data-driven messaging experiments.
