🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on technical support and product adoption for customers
• Analyze customer IT operations and provide recommendations
• Participate in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with IT Operations
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, Go, PHP, or Chef/Puppet
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher
• Experience as a TAM supporting mid-market or enterprise customers
• Experience using Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools
