🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement modern data architectures and pipelines
• Lead client engagements from discovery to delivery
• Work hands-on with engineering implementation and troubleshooting
• Define standards for event tracking and CDP architecture

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years in Data Engineering or MarTech
• Strong hands-on engineering background
• Experience building data pipelines, CDPs, and analytics layers
• Client-facing experience in consulting or agency environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in RevOps or Marketing Technology
• Experience with AI-enabled workflow automation
• Startup or scale-up experience
