🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design development from concept through construction administration
• Create space plans, finish plans, and material selections
• Prepare client presentations including mood boards and 3D renderings
• Coordinate with consultants and respond to submittals

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Architecture or Interior Design
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

• NCIDQ certification
• Knowledge of Enscape and Lumion rendering software
• Proficiency in Newforma and Vantagepoint
