💼 About This Role

You'll support client onboarding and technical implementation for a leading FP&A platform, working directly with the Head of FP&A Ops. You'll help resolve complex issues and guide global customers to unlock the full potential of our software, gaining hands-on experience in financial technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with workflow tasks to scale operational processes.
• Integrate new clients' data and systems into the Abacum platform.
• Help resolve complex issues related to FP&A software.
• Support customer onboarding and training to maximize product use.

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Business, or Technology.
• Strong interest in financial technology and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (other languages a plus).
