πΌ About This Role
You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor to Mid-Market and Corporate prospects in the pre-sales process, driving technical discovery and proof-of-concept implementations. You'll partner with Account Executives to craft compelling technical value propositions and deliver demos tailored to stakeholders.
π― What You'll Do
- Support technical discovery and build POC implementations
- Deliver demos and workshops to technical and business stakeholders
- Build and maintain customer relationships as trusted advisor
- Gather and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams
π Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering or sales engineering
- Experience with SDLC, cloud architecture, or DevOps practices
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Ability to support and document proof-of-concept engagements
β¨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with security/compliance frameworks like PII, PCI, or HIPAA
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting multiple verticals
