Description

You will own the full sales cycle for B2B fintech deals ranging from $15K to $500K+ ARR, working with finance leaders to modernize their payments infrastructure using blockchain technology. You'll build pipeline through outbound prospecting, lead consultative discovery, deliver tailored proposals, and close strategic deals while collaborating cross-functionally.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS or fintech sales with quota attainment track record.
  • Experience selling into or alongside ERP ecosystems or cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong understanding of payments technology or financial infrastructure.
  • Consultative, strategic sales approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working on-site in Santa Cruz, Austin, San Francisco, or Minneapolis.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own high-quality pipeline through outbound prospecting and account research.
  • Lead consultative discovery to uncover pain points and position payments as a growth lever.
  • Deliver tailored presentations, demos, and proposals communicating ROI.
  • Partner cross-functionally with SDRs, Product, and Customer Success to drive deals to close.
  • Navigate complex negotiations and maintain disciplined pipeline management in CRM.
